What will I be eating?

You will be provided with an extensive list of ingredients to avoid and include to help support you through the program, that you will build your own meals with. Since we all have different dietary tastes and preferences, we are not providing a set meal plan to follow. Instead, you will learn what each of your meals should include, and you will decide on the ingredients yourself. There is a “Recipes” board in the community where you will find links to healthy recipes that you can try during the program.


Can I stay on the program longer than 10 days?

Of course! This program is all about self discovery. If you find that your body and mind are loving this way of eating, you are encouraged to keep going at your own pace.

How often should I do the program?

We will be doing the program on set dates together throughout the year that you can join in on, or you can do it at your own pace as often as you like. As a member, you have access to all the video lessons and materials to do the program any time.


Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
