Book as many single coaching calls as you need. In each appointment, we will pick up where we left off. We will discuss your metrics, troubleshoot any challenges or questions, and you will get strategic next steps to help you reach your goal.

Together, we will strategically come up with a plan for intermittent fasting, what types of carbs, proteins and fats are best suited to you based on your dietary preferences and health concerns, your target heart rate for fat burning, and nutrition to optimize your fitness.

What do you need to get started?

I like to work with a combo of science-based technology and holistic practices. This means we don’t just look at diet alone, but also lifestyle, habits, sleep, exercise, and stress management tools in our coaching calls. All of these elements work synergistically in a treatment plan.

Metrics are everything!

In order for me to see what is happening with your metabolic flexibility, I do require you to have these devices to track your metrics. They can be different brands and products than what I recommend below, but I will need these metrics:

A metabolism tracker. You can get one here (use code helloholistic to save at checkout).

A digital kitchen scale to track your macros when making meals

A measuring tape and scale to weigh yourself to follow your progression

A Smart Watch or ring to track heart rate, sleep score, and movement, especially fat burning zone
